Ricoma provides a robust, non-transferable limited warranty for embroidery machines sold in Europe, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your investment. Private consumers enjoy 24 months of coverage from the date of delivery, while business customers are covered for 12 months.
Please note, consumables like needles and fuses are not included, and any damages should be reported within 3 days of receiving your equipment.

Shipping methods and times depend on the type of item ordered. Small accessories and items under 60 kg are shipped within Germany in 1–3 days, to EU countries in the same timeframe, and to non-EU European countries in 7–10 business days. Embroidery machines and DTF printers require 1–2 weeks for delivery due to testing and preparation. Pickup from our Rodgau, Germany warehouse is available by appointment. Prices include VAT unless otherwise agreed, but shipping costs and packaging fees are extra unless a promotion offers free shipping. Import duties for non-EU deliveries are the recipient’s responsibility. We may ship items separately at no extra cost to speed up delivery.
