Please note, consumables like needles and fuses are not included, and any damages should be reported within 3 days of receiving your equipment.

Prices include VAT unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are additional, unless a free shipping promotion applies. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you're buying a laptop, we recommend one with Windows 7/8/10 (32 or 64-bit) or a Mac with up-to-date specs to ensure smooth operation with the included VividRIP software. A laptop with at least 8GB of RAM, a fast processor, and a high-speed USB port or Wi-Fi for connectivity will work best.
