5-Year Warranty Coverage (Premium Option)
This warranty applies exclusively to machines purchased with Ricoma’s 5-Year Premium Warranty. Coverage includes:
- 1 year of non-consumable parts and technical labor
- 3 years of electronics
- 5 years of main drive components
For the first 90 days, Ricoma covers all service-related costs, including parts and labor. After 90 days, parts and labor remain fully covered.
Consumables such as needles and fuses are not included. Any shipping or damage issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving your equipment.
Note: The 2-Year Warranty option includes the same coverage listed above, but protection ends after one year.

Creator Embroidery machines are delivered within 1 to 3 business days to EU countries, and within 7 to 10 business days to non-EU European countries. This timeframe includes testing and preparation to ensure the highest quality of our products. Pickup from our warehouse in Rodgau, Germany is available by appointment. Prices include VAT unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are additional, unless a free shipping promotion applies. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
