Returns and Refunds
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. This withdrawal period starts from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods. This applies to Business-to-Consumer (B2C) transactions, in line with European laws.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly of your decision by contacting Ricoma Europe GmbH at Ferdinand-Porsche-Ring 13, 63110 Rodgau, Germany, or by email at europe@ricoma.com. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notification before the fourteen-day period expires.
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you originally used, with no fees charged to you.
You must return the goods to us promptly, and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Extended Return Option for Business-to-Business (B2B) Purchases
For Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns within this extended period must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs for B2B Purchases: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the goods, including shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective after a Ricoma technical inspection.

Consumables and Accessories: No returns accepted for change of mind. If products are damaged or incorrect, please contact support.europe@ricoma.com immediately with photographic evidence.

For digital content/ software delivered via license key, the right of withdrawal expires once the delivery of the license key has begun, provided that the customer has expressly consented to the immediate execution of the contract and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
