Shipping Methods
Shipping methods depend on the type of goods you order. For accessories and small items under 60 kg, orders are processed once payment is received and item availability is confirmed. You can also choose to pick up your order in person at our warehouse in Rodgau, Germany, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM—please contact us beforehand to arrange a pickup time.

Shipping Times
For small items under 60 kg, delivery within Germany typically takes 1 to 3 days. Deliveries to European Union countries such as France, Italy, and Spain usually take the 3-8 working days. For non-EU European countries like Norway, Switzerland, and the UK, delivery generally takes 10 to 15 working business days. Embroidery machines and DTF printers require approximately one to two weeks for delivery due to their preparation process. If you order custom-built or out-of-stock items, we will notify you via email about the expected delivery date.

Prices and Shipping
All prices are quoted in Euros and include statutory VAT unless otherwise agreed. Payment in another currency may be arranged, applying the current daily exchange rate. Unless stated, prices do not include packaging and shipping costs. We deliver only to countries available during the order process. Shipping costs depend on current promotions and may vary; free shipping is often offered for heat presses, DTF consumables, accessories, and small printers within domestic and EU orders. Shipping costs will be communicated at purchase or through promotional offers.

Please note that import duties and customs fees for deliveries outside the EU are not included and must be paid by the recipient. We may make partial deliveries to ensure faster shipment of available items, and no extra shipping fees will be charged for such partial deliveries.
